Your media stays on your device.

Spatial 3D Labs (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides Spatial 3D Media Converter (the “App”). This policy explains how the App handles information.

Summary

The App processes the photos and videos you choose on your iPhone. We do not collect, transmit, sell, rent, or share your photos, videos, depth maps, or conversion results.

Media and files

The App accesses media you select from Photos or Files. It uses those files to create the conversion you request. Converted files are saved locally (in-app gallery, Photos, or a location you choose). Your media is not uploaded to our servers for processing.

On-device processing

AI depth estimation, preview generation, and media conversion take place locally on your device. The App does not send your source media, derived depth data, or conversion results to us.

Local network Web Share

If you enable Web Share, the App can serve converted media on your local network (with a PIN) so compatible VR browsers can view it. This traffic stays on your local network and is not sent to us.

Local app data

The App stores settings and gallery metadata locally on your device so its features work. You can remove local output files and app data by deleting items in the app or removing the app.

Purchases and subscriptions

Subscriptions, free trials, and Lifetime purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store your payment-card information. Apple’s handling of purchase information is governed by Apple’s privacy policy.

Children

The App is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the updated version at this URL and update the effective date.
