Terms for Spatial 3D Media Converter

Effective date: July 18, 2026

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of Spatial 3D Media Converter (the “App”) provided by Spatial 3D Labs (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on Apple-branded devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service.

Subscriptions, Lifetime, and free trial

Conversion features require Spatial 3D Pro via an active subscription or a Lifetime license.
New subscribers may receive a 7-day free trial (introductory offer) when available for the selected Monthly or Yearly plan.
After the trial, your subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Lifetime is a one-time non-consumable purchase for permanent Pro access. It does not renew and does not include a free trial.
If you already have an auto-renewing subscription and want Lifetime, turn off auto-renewal in Apple Account → Subscriptions first. The current paid period is not refunded; Lifetime is charged immediately.
Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Prices are shown in the App and App Store at the time of purchase; final prices are set in App Store Connect.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions in Apple Account → Subscriptions.

Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement

Unless we provide a custom EULA that supersedes it, your use of the App is also subject to Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.

Acceptable use

You are responsible for the media you convert and for complying with applicable laws and third-party rights. Do not use the App to infringe copyrights or other rights.

On-device processing

Conversion is performed on your device. We do not host your media for processing. Optional local-network Web Share serves media only on networks you choose and protect with a PIN.

Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Depth quality and performance vary by device and source media.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or business arising from your use of the App.

Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version at this URL and updating the effective date.
